Per quarterly Or and Azure two spikes barbed on each end crosswise Gules, a stylized horned mine Sable.

From a wreath Or and Azure, a falcon rising, wings displayed an inverted Proper grasping in dexter claw a demi-trident Or and in sinister claw a prickly pear cactus Proper.
MOTTO
Two scrolls in pale Or doubled and inscribed "TOUGH DETERMINED" and "READY TO LEAD" Azure.
SEAL
The coat of arms in full color as in the blazon upon a white background and enclosed within a dark blue oval border edged on the outside with gold rope and bearing the inscription "USS FALCON" above and "MHC 59" in base all gold.
SHIELD
Dark blue and gold are the colors traditionally used by the Navy and reflect the sea and excellence. Red is emblematic of valor, zeal and sacrifice. The four sections of the shield represent the previous ships named USS FALCON. The stylized mine highlights the MHC's mine warfare mission, past and present. The barbed spikes allude to the capability of amphibious warfare to operate on both land and water and are crossed suggesting the cardinal compass points highlighting the ship's far reaching scope to search and clear enemy mines.
CREST
The falcon, the ship's namesake, symbolizes the aggressive and quick response of USS Falcon's crews in carrying out their mine sweeping mission. The trident underscores sea power and its tines commemorate the three wars in which the past USS Falcons have participated. The cactus reflects the first Falcon's Mexican War service.
